Happy with the watch, although there was a small scuff on the watch which makes me think it had previously be worn (or perhaps tried on and not handled correctly - the official plastic wrap had been replaced, so someone had taken it fully out of packaging previously). It was also listed as a 2023 production watch, but was actually a 2022 production per the warranty card, unfortunately (going back to the listing, while the search field for year of production was listed as 2023, which is how I found it, in the actual description it did say 2022, but unfortunately I missed that, as I was hoping for a 2023 production model since this is a gift where the year has some meaning). But, overall satisfied with the experience, speed of communication etc.

The dealer posted on the site a price for the Rolex. I submitted my order for the Rolex through the website and low and behold the dealer raised his price by $700.00 for the watch after I had submitted my order. The advertised price had not been changed and I sent the dealer a screenshot of the price listed. I think this is unethical and bad business. When a dealer advertises a price for their item they should honor what they have advertised.

Pictures used were not of the actual. There was a smudge on the bracelet that I only discovered after receiving the watch. To my amazement, the dealer suggested that the 904L oyster bracelet from 2020 developed a patina! Then he said it was dust that I can wash off or take it to a jeweler and they can steam it off. Their last suggestion was to ship it back to them and they take care of it. Considering the time and financial commitment required, neither of these options were acceptable to me.

There was an issue with the dealer providing me with the wrong tracking number which led to a lot of confusion. When I messaged the dealer to try to sort the problem out, I was met with some defensive resistance. In the end, Chrono24 got involved and everything worked out, but I was less than pleased with how the dealer originally tried to handle the problem.

Watch was beautiful and was as described. I would likely buy from this dealer again. It took a couple days for the dealer to ship it. Not a big deal. The box that the watch was shipped in was barely wider than the Rolex outer box and had no padding, so a better job of packing next time would be preferred. Dealer is also a little slow to reply to questions. So overall my transaction was Good, but a little better communication and packaging would have made it EXCELLENT. Thank you!
