All watches are completely unworn and come with the Original Box, Booklets and Warranty Card/Papers unless specified otherwise.

On Rolex watches, stickers were removed at the time of original purchase by the Rolex Authorized Dealer and the warranty card was also dated at time of original purchase. The watch comes with all links even though it may have been sized by the Authorized Dealer at the time of original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE* The watch may not include the white serial tag, green chronometer tag, or the bezel protector, even if shown in the images we have provided. If these items are important to your purchase, please reach out and ask.
All watches we have in stock have gone through a rigorous inspection process to guarantee authenticity of your watch and all its parts. All listed pictures are taken in-house of watches in our possession.

PAYMENT:
Chrono24 handles payment for all transactions. We are unable to proceed with any transaction until Chrono24 confirms receipt of payment. We are also unable to hold any watches until payment confirmation is received.
Our listed prices *do not* include sales tax. Chrono24 will charge sales tax on all transactions based on state and local guidelines.

SHIPPING:
All watches will be shipped via FedEx Insured Priority Overnight shipping. This service is included in the listed price and will not incur any additional fees. All watches are shipped 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation by Chrono24. We are unable to ship watches on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
All watches must be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center. The package will be held there for pickup and only remitted to the person whose name is on the package. The purchaser's name will be listed, and if you would like, we can include one additional name to authorize for pickup. Once the package is available for pickup, you will receive a text message indicating this. You will need your ID and the tracking number (will be provided prior to shipping) to receive the package. We are unable to ship to your home, office, or anywhere else that is not a FedEx Ship Center. If you know your preferred FedEx Ship Center, please put the address in the Shipping Information at checkout. Otherwise, we will send you options for which is most convenient after the payment has been verified with Chrono24.

OFFERS:
We are happy to consider any reasonable offers on all our listed watches. Our pieces are priced in accordance with the current state of the market. If you would like to make an offer, please utilize the “Price Suggestion” feature on Chrono24. We may not be able to accommodate offers on all pieces due to market conditions but are willing to take them into account.

The bracelet can be sized prior to shipping at the customer’s request with any removed links being included in the box when shipped. Let us know your approximate wrist size and the watch will be sized accordingly.
