Shipping: Domestic and International

Domestic:
Enjoy free and secure shipping for all domestic orders. Your shipment is fully insured, providing peace of mind. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation by Chrono24. Shipments are sent exclusively to addresses confirmed by Chrono24. For any address changes, kindly contact Chrono24's support to update your information. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery, so ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

International:
Our international shipments are handled via FedEx Global Services. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses, customs duties, and any additional import fees/taxes in the receiving country. If your country is not covered by our insurance, unfortunately, we cannot ship the timepiece. For information on import/customs duties/fees, consult local authorities.

Payments: Secure and Timely

We accept payments through Trusted Check-Outs. New orders undergo a 24-48 hour processing time (excluding weekends and US holidays). State and local taxes are applicable to all eligible purchases.

Warranty: Quality Assurance

In addition to the International Manufacturer's Warranty, our timepieces come with a 1-year Limited Warranty on the movement. Exclusions include loss, damage, water, theft, or force majeure events. Negligence or mishandling is not covered. The in-house warranty starts from the day of purchase.

Returns: Satisfaction Guaranteed

Returns are accepted only if the item received differs from its original listing. Ensure the timepiece is returned within the allowed timeframe in the same condition received. All pictures are manufacturer-provided, and the watch box may vary.

Upon Delivery: What's Included

Upon delivery, you will receive the watch, original manufacturer's box, booklets, hangtags (if provided), warranty papers, and original accessories (if provided). An Appraisal Certificate for insurance purposes is available upon request.

Trade-Ins: Explore Your Options

We accept trade-ins for second-hand or new watches. Brands of interest include Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Hublot, Cartier, and Breitling. For other brands, submit an inquiry with relevant timepiece information, and we'll promptly respond.
