The watch was advertised as full set with original papers and original box. The Panerai boxes didn’t belong the the watch and were incomplete: the wooden box was from another model and damished. Communication went very bad; fixed to the solution the seller wanted and in no way open for any other (very reasonable) solution, not even with the help from Chrono24. On a suggestion for a solution on the side of the buyer, the seller did not react at all. I bought a lot of watches in my life at different tellers, but never have experienced such a costumer-unfriendly and unkind treatment before

So wird aus einer Paneraibox, welche in jedem Detail korrekt und natürlich original ist, aber eben noch das Wort Platin auf dem Schildchen hat, eine Riesensache. Der Vollständigkeit halber soll auch nicht unerwähnt sein, dass der Zustand der 14 Jahre alten Box augenscheinlich sehr gut war, aber das Schachtelschloß tat nicht. Dieser Umstand wurde als gravierende Beschädigung gebrandmarkt. Ach ja, und was vor der Bestellung keine Nachfrage wert war, war nun auf einmal kaum zu ertragen: der Pappüberkarton zum Pappumkarton war nicht dabei. Habe den Mann gebeten bitte nicht wütenden zu sein. Immer schriftlich, immer freundlich habe ich mitgeteilt, dass ich natürlich die Beanstandung ernst nehme und die Uhr anstandslos und ohne jegliche Kosten für Ihn zurücknehme, und Ihm über den Kaufpreis hinaus, als Zeichen der Versöhnung noch 150 Euro ZUSÄTZLICH als Geschenk überweisen werde, damit vielleicht bei einem schönen Abendessen auf meine Kosten sein Groll sich wieder legen mag. Abgelehnt! Die phantastische Panerai gibt er nicht mehr her, aber vielmehr hätte er gerne noch 450 Euro von mir, damit er die Box welche seinen Vorstellungen entspricht damit kaufen könne. Original Zitat “If you transfer me this 450 euro, we can close the case with- I hope- for both parties a satisfying solution.” Ich gebe es zu, dass klang jetzt doch nicht ganz so satisfying für mich. Das es zu einer negative Bewertung kommen würde, falls ich nicht spure wurde zwischen den Zeilen deutlich spürbar kommuniziert, und was soll man sagen, so kam es ja dann auch. Besten Dank an alle Leser für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit, und bleiben Sie mir bitte gewogen.
