Total time wasters. I paid the money, emailed the store and arranged a pick up in NY while on a business trip there. Went to the store and even though they had replied to my email acknowledging I would be picking up, when I got to the store, they said "sorry not in stock any more"!!!! WHAT! total and utter time wasters.

‘Outstanding’ in one word. Just wish they had a bigger collection of reasonably affordable models of Rolex and other high end brands, JLC included. It would be a one stop shop then for Watch lovers.
