For those who find vintage watches too small this piece is a reincarnation inspired by a few 1940s-50s models and especially by the unique reference 1591. It has a 40mm complex case, with a special stepped lug concept. The lovely ivory cream lacquered dial is the highlight as it looks like its has aged a bit. It features at 12 o’clock two apertures for the day and month, a moon-phases display with date by hand at six o'clock as well as the day/night and leap year counter. We can’t miss those luminous syringe hands!

You can also admire the Caliber 324SQ automatic movement with the central rotor in gold stamped with the Patek Philippe seal through the sapphire case-back.
